This week is designed to help you connect with your inner light, release limiting beliefs, and gain clarity on what makes you truly unique.
Week 2
In Week 2, you'll ignite your Star Essence with purpose by identifying the core passions, values, and intentions that fuel its light.
Through meditation, a "Passion Map" activity, and sound practices, you'll connect more deeply with your purpose and align your energy with what truly sustains you.
Week 3
In Week 3, you'll work to transform obstacles, doubts, and fears that block your Star Essence from fully shining.
Through a shamanic journey, sound therapy, and practical exercises, you'll identify and reframe limiting beliefs, creating space for your true essence to emerge with clarity and strength.
Week 4
In Week 4, you'll embrace and express your Star Essence in the world by integrating newfound insights and setting intentions for the future.
Through sound healing, vision crafting, and a closing ceremony, you'll create an action plan to share your unique essence and commit to nurturing it moving forward.
